Life is mostly chaos and out of our control. The one thing we can perhaps make order of is our physiology.

First and foremost, spend more time outdoors.
Healthy people have sun kissed skin. A typical modern man is pale, anemic, hunch-backed, and too fat because they spend too much time indoors.
Lift heavy weights.
The more we increase our power and strength, the sharper our minds become.
Walk more.
Humans are biped for a reason. Men were designed to be hunters and the apex predator in our domain. The more we walk, the more we stay in hunt mode, and the more we become.
Stay fasted.
No breakfast, no lunch, and eat one big carnivore meal of beef at night. We have become diseased with addiction. Whether it’s our dependency on cell phones, sugar, yummy foods, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, or weed, we are becoming less human and indulging in endless consumption of toxins for both our body and minds. Cleanse your body by fasting.

Why is it seen as virtuous to spend more time indoors at the computer, completing mind numbing tasks, staying on top of our emails, and communicating through zoom calls?
My conspiracy theory is that we are becoming more docile and weak by design for easy control and to be the perfect consumer. I believe chaos is going to grow ever stronger the more we indulge in tech and become computer nerds. We become easily divided and influenced by social media, Hollywood, and the news.

Seek social challenges.
The way we communicate is not natural as it’s typically done through cell phones, lacking proper body language, and physical interaction. Nobody makes eye contact anymore. Emo culture is becoming the norm and seen as cool. People are more anti-social than ever and lack basic social skills.
Smile more.
Say hi to your neighbors. Be kind when confronted or meet new people. Shake strangers hands, look them in the eyes, and smile!

Life is outside the window, in the physical flesh.
I fear that the general public is living on auto pilot without any time to think for themselves. We hardly have time to meditate and focus on ourselves.
To put order to this modern day chaos, become stronger each day. Stay away from the TV, social media, etc. and focus on your physical health first.
