Spartan Goals

  • No alcohol, smoking, etc.
  • Water and black coffee only
  • No breakfast
  • No lunch
  • One meal a day
  • 3-5 pounds of red meat
  • Only beef and lamb
  • No chicken, pork, turkey, etc.
  • Farmer’s walk, pull ups, push ups
  • Walk 30,000 steps per day
  • Sleep 8-12 hours
