Fitness for photographers

Here are some easy and sustainable things anybody can do everyday. Fitness is a great way to pump yourself up before you leave the house and go shoot. Even if you spend only 5 minutes in the gym, it’s better than nothing. Lately I have been doing two gym sessions- one in the morning and one in the evening. Always make sure to do some sort of yoga movement that will benefit your legs for walking. I think the pigeon pose and downward facing dog is perfect.

  1. Pull ups
  2. Push ups
  3. Pistol Squats
  4. Farmers walk
