Not even nature is peaceful. I’ve seen a hawk devour a tiny bird in mid flight in Rittenhouse Square Park in Philadelphia. All that was left of the bird were some feathers floating to the ground.
You don’t have to travel far to realize that war and violence is everywhere. You cannot escape it.
Nature is violent.
