Hormonal Health

Hormonal health is a broad topic encompassing various aspects related to the production, function, and balance of hormones in the body. Hormones are chemical messengers that play a critical role in regulating many physiological processes, including growth and development, metabolism, sexual function, and mood.
Key aspects of hormonal health include:
- Hormone Balance: Maintaining the right balance of hormones is crucial for overall health. Imbalances can lead to various health issues, such as thyroid disorders, diabetes, and hormonal imbalances in women like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
- Nutrition and Lifestyle: Diet and lifestyle have a significant impact on hormonal health. Certain nutrients support hormone production and balance, while stress, lack of sleep, and poor diet can disrupt hormonal balance.
- Age-Related Changes: Hormonal levels naturally change with age. For example, menopause in women and andropause in men are associated with significant hormonal shifts.
- Endocrine Disorders: Diseases of the endocrine system, like hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, adrenal insufficiency, and diabetes, directly affect hormonal health.
- Environmental Factors: Exposure to endocrine disruptors, chemicals that can interfere with hormone systems, can impact hormonal health.
- Reproductive Health: Hormones play a key role in fertility, pregnancy, and menstrual health.
For individual concerns or symptoms related to hormonal health, it’s important to consult healthcare professionals for proper diagnosis and treatment. They can offer guidance on managing hormonal health through medications, lifestyle changes, or other interventions.
Follow your desire
Whatever you desire, you should follow. This is where it’s critical to consider intuition. Whether you want to walk on an empty path, random alleyways, or bustling city streets, it’s important to follow your desire, and to not force anything. Don’t pigeonhole yourself in any rules or guidelines or projects to follow. It also seems like a wise idea to only photograph when you truly want to. Ultimately, the more lust for life you have, the easier it becomes to photograph daily.
DESIRE

The concept of “desire” is multifaceted, encompassing emotional, psychological, and philosophical aspects. It generally refers to a strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen.
- Meaning in Psychology: In psychology, desire is often considered a fundamental human motivation. It is closely linked with the concepts of longing and craving, whether for tangible objects, experiences, or more abstract goals.
- Philosophical Perspective: Philosophically, desire has been a topic of discussion since ancient times. Plato, for example, saw desire as a fundamental force driving human behavior, while Buddhist philosophy often views desire as the root of suffering, advocating for its overcoming.
- Etymology: The word “desire” comes from the Old French “desirrer,” derived from the Latin “desiderare,” which originally meant “to long for, wish for; demand, expect.” This Latin word is often connected to the phrase “de sidere,” meaning “from the stars,” suggesting an astrological significance in its origin, as if desires were once believed to be influenced by the stars.
The interpretation and understanding of desire can vary greatly depending on the cultural, philosophical, and individual context.
Image VS Photo

The terms “image” and “photo” are often used interchangeably, but they do have distinct meanings:
- Image: This is a broader term that refers to any visual representation, including paintings, drawings, digital graphics, and photographs. An image can be created by various methods, both traditional (like drawing or painting) and modern (such as digital rendering or photography). It encompasses any visual depiction, regardless of its medium or method of creation.
- Photo (Photograph): This is a specific type of image that is created using a camera. A photograph captures a real-life scene or subject using the process of photography, which typically involves recording light or other electromagnetic radiation. It is a representation of a real object or scene and is often considered a documentation of reality at the moment it was taken.
In summary, while all photos are images, not all images are photos. Photos are a subset of images that are specifically created through the process of photography.
ELEVATE

“Elevate” is a verb that means to lift up or make higher, both in a literal and a figurative sense. It can also mean to raise to a more important or impressive level, such as elevating someone’s status.
Etymologically, “elevate” comes from the Latin word “elevatus,” which is the past participle of “elevare.” This Latin term breaks down into “e-” (a variant of “ex-” meaning “out of, from”) and “levare” (“to lighten, raise”), which itself comes from “levis,” meaning “light” in weight. This root is reflected in the sense of lifting or raising something up. The word made its way into English in the late 15th century.
In summary, “elevate” combines the notions of lifting, raising, and making something lighter or more prominent, and has been used in English since the late 1400s.
24 hour fast every single day
Fasting keeps your mind and body sharp and focused throughout the day.
Eat one massive meal of red meat every single night. Just wait until the end of the day and feast as much as you please. I started it off with 1 pound at the beginning of the year, increased to 2, now eat at least 3-4 pounds of beef per day.
Also, no pork, turkey, or chicken. No sausages or processed meats either.
My current favorite is the American Wagyu ground beef from the Costco business center. You can get 3 pounds for $17.
Once you start eating red meat exclusively, you realize how satiating and nutritious it really is. I’ve never felt this good in my entire life.
