Just speak your mind

The more people speak in a candid approach, the better. Imagine if the world’s leaders weren’t allowed a teleprompter or didn’t write a speech before they spoke. Similarly, imagine if people on YouTube didn’t take 10 attempts to record a talking head video and just spoke their mind. The more we edit things and filter our voice, the worse.

Street photography is the best photography

Anything done on the streets is typically better. When Rittenhouse Square has their art festivals I always find that the street artists that are not invited, but show their work on the other side of the street is much better.

I think this is similar to street photography where the work that’s made on the streets and typically not in galleries is much more exciting than work that is made in controlled settings.

Street photography is the best photography and street art is the best art.

Insanely excited for life

While it can be nice to feel bored and sit around doing nothing sometimes, my lust for life will always be present. The goal for me is to remain excited about life. Every night I go to sleep early because I am so insanely excited for the next day. When I wake up in the morning I want to get outside as quickly as possible and to embrace the chaos. Become somebody that can’t be messed with, but be playful, and spread more joy.

Real life is outside your window. There are infinite possibilities and endless terrain to conquer.

Think more than your town and immediate surroundings

I believe the reason why travel is so powerful is that it opens you up to the multifaceted ways people live within the world. Upon my travels to Zambia, Africa I recognize that thriving is possible under a thatched roof. There seems to be a general misconception about poverty and the preconceived notions about life in a village.

What is luxury?

No not that sick Prada shirt or shoes.

It seems that real luxury is having leisure time to kill through walking outdoors. The real sign of success is the amount of time somebody spends under the sun. Real luxury is having a beautiful body and a strong core.

Most things in life are merely just a mindset

For instance you could be the wealthiest person in the world but feel dead inside. Or you could be the poorest man on the planet but have an abundance of lust for life.

Wealth and power are a mindset.

Photo and Video

Sometimes a scenario calls for a video. Sometimes a scene is more photographable. I believe that combining both photo and video is the ultimate solution to creating media. Whether you make some sort of cinematic masterpiece or a perfect photograph isn’t the concern.

Multimedia approach

When I approach a location I now think about how I can conquer the scene. Sometimes it calls for a 360 video, other times I can film with my GoPro, or maybe a quick snapshot with the Ricoh will do the trick. The goal is to remain open to the various sources of media that I can produce at any given time.

You are the news agency

Considering the blog is my final place to present work, it opens unlimited possibilities for the sort of media I can create. I believe it’s a wise decision to treat yourself like a citizen journalist of your town or wherever you live in the world around you. Perhaps the power is in the hands of we the people and artists with cameras can present their perspective to the world through the medium of photography in unique ways.

The goal is to keep everything raw and authentic as possible.

When you make photos, don’t worry about what makes a “good” or “bad” photograph. The point is that it’s a real snapshot of your life. Treat the work as a digital time capsule that you will leave behind in the world. Each photo is merely a stream of becoming.

Share your POV

I believe the most liberating way to make photos and videos is considering everything as your unique point of view. Every person in the world has something worth sharing. When recording video, shoot everything in one take and publish immediately. Don’t worry about whether you said the “right” thing or made yourself appear perfect or not. Use the GoPro as a tool to uplift your voice and to share your point of view and whatever you are up to.

Health is Democratic

Anybody on 100% carnivore beef and lamb diet, with daily weight training and physical exercise will get fit.

Nuances:

  1. No breakfast or lunch
  2. No snacks
  3. No sugars, fake or real.
  4. No alcohol, no beer, no wine no spirits etc.
  5. No weed
  6. No porn, no fap
  7. Sleep 8-12 hours a night.
  8. No vegetables, fruits, starches carbs etc.
  9. No sauces – eventually they all have sugar, starch, or some sort. of weird sweeteners.

I walk to become more

I Walk to Become More

Walking isn’t just about moving from one place to another. It’s a way to connect, to elevate, and to transform. I walk to become more.

Elevated Spaces and New Perspectives

There’s something special about being in elevated spaces. Today, I’m standing on the Art Museum Steps in Philadelphia, with a direct view of City Hall. The vantage point gives a sense of clarity and perspective—not just visually but emotionally.

“Being around others and moving your physical body—walking, lifting weights, whatever it may be—augments the way you feel emotionally.”

Elevated spaces seem to inspire deeper thinking. They make you feel stronger, more powerful, and perhaps even happier. There’s a connection between where you are physically and how you feel emotionally.

Movement and Emotional Strength

Walking is simple. You put one foot in front of the other, yet it has a profound effect on your emotional state. Movement—whether it’s walking, running, or lifting weights—has the power to shift your mood and perspective.

The Power of Smiling

Even small actions, like smiling, can transform your emotional state. It’s a simple reminder that:

  • Your emotions are tied to your physiology.
  • Movement has the power to overcome negativity.
  • Happiness is often a result of small, intentional actions.

“A lot of this stuff, when it comes to your emotional state of being, is actually physiological.”

Walking as Transformation

Walking isn’t just exercise; it’s a tool for growth. When you walk, you’re not just moving through space—you’re becoming more. Elevated spaces, open skies, and the rhythm of your own steps all contribute to a feeling of strength and power.

“The movement of your body through the world allows you to become more.”

Final Thoughts

Next time you’re feeling stuck, get up and walk. Find an elevated space. Move your body. The world opens up when you do, and so do you. Walking is more than a physical act—it’s a way to elevate your mind, body, and spirit.
