What you see is what you get? Or what you get is what you didn’t see…
Observe differently
A fun photography assignment: make a photograph of the same thing every day from a new perspective. The idea is that you can observe the same thing or walk the same lane every day and see anew. The goal is to uplift the mundane and to create abstractions from reality.
And when you’re walking, it’s a good idea to walk as slow as humanly possible
All black everything
Minimalism is the best approach to life that works for me. All black clothes, barefoot shoes, and fasting all day. Ideally if it’s nice outside just walk without a shirt.
The new monk aesthetic
Go carnivore
I only eat beef because it actually makes you stronger, but also who feels like sitting around making meals three times a day?
Simplicity
Small cameras that fit inside zipper pockets
No processing photos.
No editing videos.
Towards creative thriving
Pics or it didn’t happen
The idea is simple. Any photos uploaded to social media under a username are not real. If you don’t show your face or your physical body in the flesh in some capacity, you don’t exist.
The ultimate goal is to make new photos.
There’s no such thing as good or bad photos.
When you stop making photos, that’s your metaphorical death.
I don’t do well with teams. I’m here to make my own media in my own empire. The photo gallery is dead. Magnum is dead. We must make our own way of doing things. The future is ours and the endless ways to create works of art through the medium of photography is endless.
At the core of it all my passion is for the outdoors. As a child I would spend my days exploring on my bike, building forts in the Wissahickon woods, fishing at the creek, building bridges with stones, and blazing new trails.

Perhaps it’s wise to be a child forever.
