Why photography is a superpower

I got my cape on!

I think that photography is a superpower because it allows you to find beauty in the mundane. You wind up finding joy in everyday moments that otherwise go unnoticed. The process of making pictures allows you to transcend time itself and create your own world.

Why does this matter?

To me, the ultimate bore is to be indoors. With this modern lifestyle of urban cities, 75% of the time people spend inside. To thrive, I believe you should be outside with fresh air under the sun. When I photograph, it allows me to be in a state of production and movement. This state of moving my body, physically through the world, and recognizing every day life, allows me to extract from life and create something out of nothing. It’s unlike any other medium of creating art. The camera becomes the key to unlock endless doors in life. The supreme superpower is experiencing and bearing witness to life itself.

Champion humanity

When it’s all set and done, the things we leave behind are what we have left of humanity. Creating beautiful works of art is the greatest gift humanity can leave behind. I believe in the notion that creating art is the supreme state of being as a human. Just think, say you are a billionaire… What are you to do with all of your money and time? Are you going to buy a big mansion and remain hidden in the ivory tower? No… the goal is to be out in the real world, experiencing life to its fullest potential. No amount of money, fame, etc. can provide you this.

When you make pictures, drawing, architecture, sculptures, etc. you are creating something, that is unique to the human experience. This is important because the more we advance with technology and merge with the machine, the less human we will be.

Endless bliss

With a camera in hand, it’s impossible to fall into a depression. With a simple click of a shutter button, you’re able to move through life with curiosity. At the end of the day, I’m merely curious.

How curious can one be in a lifetime?

MILITARY LIFESTYLE

Live like you are in the military, but don’t actually enlist in the military?

The *HIGHER* your testosterone, the *HAPPIER* you become.

Forget all of the silly notions about “toxic masculinity.” The misconception is that the higher testosterone, the more angry, unpleasant, and wild you become. This is far from the truth. The higher testosterone, the more kind, caring, and happy you become.

ESPRESSO SUPREME

The origins of espresso can be traced back to Italy in the early 20th century. The term “espresso” comes from Italian and means “expressed” or “pressed out,” referring to the way espresso is made by forcing hot water under high pressure through finely-ground coffee beans. This method was developed and popularized in Italy, revolutionizing the way coffee was made and consumed. The invention of the first true espresso machine is credited to Luigi Bezzera in 1901, with subsequent improvements by other Italian inventors like Desiderio Pavoni. This innovation made it possible to prepare coffee quickly and to a high standard, laying the foundation for the espresso culture that is widespread today.

  3. Habit: For some, spitting is a habitual action, often developed unconsciously or picked up from others.
  4. Tobacco Use: Users of chewing tobacco or similar products often spit to get rid of saliva that’s been mixed with the product.
  5. Sports Influence: Athletes, particularly in certain sports, are often seen spitting during games, which might influence others to imitate the behavior.
  6. Lack of Awareness: Some individuals might not be aware of the social or health implications of spitting in public.
  7. Personal Comfort: In cases of nausea or after eating something distasteful, people might spit as a reaction.

Each of these reasons reflects different social, cultural, and personal factors. Public spitting is often discouraged due to health and hygiene concerns, as it can spread germs and diseases.

HEALTH ETYMOLOGY

The word “health” comes from the Old English word “hǣlth,” which is derived from “hāl,” meaning “whole” or “well.” This is closely related to the Old High German word “heil” and the Old Norse word “heill.” The concept of health in these languages is deeply tied to the idea of wholeness, completeness, and well-being. The modern English word “health” retains these connotations, referring to the state of being free from illness or injury, as well as overall physical and mental well-being.

Chaos Etymology

The word “chaos” originates from the Ancient Greek word “χάος” (kháos), which initially referred to the vast, empty void that existed before things came into being in Greek mythology. Over time, the term evolved to mean disorder or a state of confusion in English. This transformation of meaning reflects the transition from the mythological concept of a primordial emptiness to a more general notion of disarray or lack of order.
