What is the Goal?

What is the Goal?
My goal is very simple.
Life is Outside Your Window
In life, it seems that the ultimate sense of freedom is found in the great outdoors. My goal is to remain in a state of movement and to stay outdoors as much as humanly possible. This focus allows me to put everything else into place and gives me purpose.
Create Beautiful Art
It is my belief that the world lacks beauty in general. The least I can do is contribute my gift to the world through the medium of photography.
Produce, Don’t Consume
The ultimate goal is to remain in a state of production. Whether I’m making photographs, videos, blog posts—I look forward to staying in the state of production until the day I die. I have no desire to consume social media, watch the news, movies, TV shows, or other distractions.
Most things in life are merely distractions, pulling you away from producing. My goal is simple: to be outside, to connect with nature and other humans.
“Life is outside your window.”
Photography as an excuse
Use photography as an excuse to see the world each day.

The camera as a passport
I like to consider the camera as my passport. With the camera in hand, anything is possible. You will find yourself in situations that you otherwise wouldn’t have without photography in your life. Explore the unknown with curiosity at the forefront. Become a child with a camera.
Photography makes life more interesting
Every moment is beautiful with the power of photography. The mundane becomes memorable. There is potential to make art wherever you find yourself in life.
Make something out of nothing
When you observe life with a camera, you are extracting from life itself. The street is a stage filled with unexpected complexities for us to draw from. Ultimately, the goal is to ask this simple question each day:
What reality will manifest to be in a photograph?
Embrace chaos. Follow your intuition. Listen to your desires. Give yourself an excuse to see the world.
