I believe it is important to be confident in yourself. Your body, actions, words, and art are worth being proud of. At the end of the day, you are the only person that gives yourself value. Do not seek external validation or praise from others.
Distractions and temptations
Stay away from social media, TV, Hollywood, etc. at all costs. I rarely even use email or my phone for texting and calling anymore. Life is right there in front of you.
Become a warrior. Warriors don’t consume distracting poison.
Physical life is supreme.
