The planet will be fine. Perhaps we must focus more on empowering the individual to sustain the planet itself.
Your energy should be high
If you have low energy, you’re probably not sleeping enough and most likely dehydrated. The gym shouldn’t make you tired. Exercise gives you energy. Never depend on coffee. Take a nap if you didn’t sleep well!
Once you’re at peak strength, then what?
