Carnivore diet is economic

The average American person can feed themselves on about $5 per day.

The beef index

Let us say that the average American can only consume around one pound of beef per day. This gives you an insanely low barrier to entry with the carnivore diet where you can satiate your soul for the cheapest price possible around $5. Why does this matter so much to me? Currently, the average American would rather go to “Five Guys” or some shitty burger joint to spend around $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink that are littered with junk and keep them obese, hungry, and not satiated.

Salads are bad for your health

With a little bit of discipline, such as fasting, and waiting until the end of the day to eat, you can become a superhuman. You always hear complaints about the price of groceries, but have these people ever considered what they are even purchasing and why they have to eat three meals per day?

The majority of food in a grocery store isn’t worth consuming. Consider a salad, with such a lack of nutrition that is inside of one salad, it will inevitably leave you snacking and hungry throughout the day if you eat that for lunch.

Curb your ethics

Why is it that everybody consumes the things that are promoted by the media? I think it has something to do with virtue signaling and ethics. You always see the vegetarian and vegan diets promoted, which are extremely expensive and unhealthy, resulting in the purchases of more processed junk food.

The antidote

100% carnivore diet.

Eat the cheapest cuts of meat such as ground beef for around $5 per pound, or even cheaper, beef liver for anywhere from $2-$4 per pound. These nutrient dense foods will keep you satiated without the need for snacking or any meals throughout the day.

My suggestion

Just give it a try and see how you feel after one month. If you find fasting difficult at first, try drinking black coffee with no cream and no sugar in the morning. You probably won’t even recognize yourself and feel 1000x better!
