If the cafe is dark with no windows and has dull employees, I don’t get a good start to my day. I’ve found a great coffee shop nearby my apartment in Rome with good atmosphere and lively staff. I don’t go anywhere else and make it a routine to interact with the same positive people and energy everyday. Even though it costs an extra euro per double espresso, it’s worth it.
Routine is good! Don’t stop the flow state.
