Mind and body connection

The connection between our mind, and our body is something overlooked in modern society where everything is fast paced and easy to not think about the food we consume. Become more in tune with what you eat on a daily basis. Recognize that headache, depressive thought, sadness, madness, anger, etc… is most likely due to poor gut health.

Every morning I wake up feeling extremely energized and excited for the day since going carnivore and eating one meal a day of 100% red meat with a side of fermented kimchi. I’ve become more childlike, laugh more, and generally find it way easier to curb any negative emotions.

We are in control of the way in which we feel physically and emotionally. As much as life is chaos, put some order into the foods that you decide to feed your soul.
