I find that recording my thoughts with a GoPro helps me learn more about my stream of consciousness and how my mind works. It mostly benefits myself because I can kill two birds with one stone and become more through the process. I’m happy to share the inner workings of my soul as I grow and learn more. It’s an interesting concept to share and record thoughts this way because it’s almost like you become the art project.
