Don’t allow an algorithm determine what enters your mind. Unsubscribe from everyone and disable and delete it all.
Only consume information that you pay for. For example- the Peterson Academy lectures are actually worth paying for and consuming. Watching social media content will shove you through a funnel and put you down a path of no return. You will start to subconsciously pick up on unhealthy beliefs and patterns of behavior that are difficult to unlearn.
If you are actively consuming social media content you are susceptible to so much destruction. Just read the Bible, ancient texts, and pay for education
