Life isn’t black and white
“Surreality” refers to the quality of being surreal, which is characterized by bizarre, dreamlike, or fantastic elements that go beyond reality. It’s often used in art, literature, and film to describe scenes or narratives that blend the real with the imaginary in unexpected and imaginative ways, creating a sense of disorientation or confusion about what is real. Surrealism, as an artistic movement, particularly emphasized these elements, challenging conventional perceptions of reality.

“Touch grass” is a phrase often used online, particularly in social media and gaming communities. It’s a colloquial way of telling someone to get off the internet or to stop engaging in online activities for a while. The phrase implies that the person should go outside, reconnect with the real world, and gain perspective, often suggesting that they are spending too much time in virtual or digital spaces and might be losing touch with reality. This phrase can be used humorously, sarcastically, or as a mild rebuke.
Even if it peaks through the clouds for just a few seconds, that moment is bliss.
I appreciate the creativity, exploration, and the artistry of video games, but there’s no real upside indulging in them. I don’t even think with moderation it’s wise to approach gaming. The worst habit I picked up during the pandemic was video games. Just get rid of it.

Maybe VR is good because you are actually standing and moving your body? I’m sure that this is going to be the future of gaming. There could be some potential upsides to that. Gaming is just negative for your health in general. Keyboards and mouse cause carpal tunnel very easily.
How to quickly lower your testosterone? Stationary lifestyle, poor sleep, and bad diet choices. This is the same for any office job as well. It’s basically gaming for a 9-5.
The best idea is to just treat your life like the ultimate video game! Explore the open world endlessly.
I’m most grateful for simple things like the sun and the weather, or things that I often take advantage of. Even with health, if I’m feeling a bit slow today or sick, I appreciate the better days.
The real sign of a successful photo is if it was made with an autotelic approach. The new goal is pure photos. Photos for the sake of photos. It should be personal and meaningful to you and you only.
Only listen to music that gets your testosterone up or keeps you in the zone. Perhaps music without lyrics is a good idea. A lot of modern music is garbage that promotes some sort of degeneracy or sadness.
I currently have the 13 inch model of the iPad Pro, but I would recommend the smaller 11 inch model. The 13 inch doesn’t feel too big for me personally, but I think the principle of smaller being better is probably a wise one to follow. I played with the 11 inch in the Apple store yesterday at the mall. The portability of it is what makes the iPad so great. Yesterday I walked around the mall all day with the iPad doing some creative work, culling through photos, and using the public free Wi-Fi. Also, maybe getting a model with cellular data is a wise decision as well.
