Just do a set of push ups every hour!

I’m currently wearing a new pair of barefoot shoes for the winter. Vibram Five Finger KSO ECO Wool are nice and cozy paired with toe socks for the cold climate here in Philadelphia.

I will give further review as I break them in. They have very similar ground feel to the original Vibram Five Finger E-LX shoes that I love. They provide the same minimalist feeling and keeping me warm so far.

It requires little to no effort to separate yourself from base level NPC

Eat red meat

Lots of sun exposure

Walk long distances

Drink plenty of water

Sleep for 10 hours
