Stay away from social media, TV, Hollywood, etc. at all costs. I rarely even use email or my phone for texting and calling anymore. Life is right there in front of you.
Become a warrior. Warriors don’t consume distracting poison.

The goal is to create media and ship it right away. Whether it’s a photo or video, the smaller file size is always the better option. Forget about basic notions of “quality.”
LIQUID DEATH
Sparkling water is superior. Anything that promotes you to drink more water is good. This is why I’m a fan of the “liquid death” water. There’s something about it that just tastes better from a can.

I’m currently drinking the illy cold brew coffee from a can. The benefit of cold coffee is that it’s better for hygiene. Hot coffee easily stains your teeth.

Lifting is essential. If you consider Ancient Greek philosophers such as Plato, even he was physically strong.

Hygiene
Clean place, clean face.
Beards are aesthetically ugly. I’m guilty of sometimes beings lazy and not shaving when my beard grows in, but I recognize that it’s not beautiful. Having a clean face is extremely important for me when considering hygiene now.
Why do so many artists wear beards, hats, and ugly tattoos?
Also, having an organized house that is clean and orderly is important. It promotes good health and positive thoughts. If your living quarters is not in order, imagine the disorder inside your mind.
