Meditation

Meditation isn’t some weird thing you do with hippies in yoga poses. For me, meditation is to be in a state of movement, creation, and accepting that chaos is peace.

When I am photographing, I am in a state of meditation.

When I am lifting weights, I am in a state of meditation.

Anything you do can become meditation through recognizing the connection between your body, mind, and soul.
