Anybody on 100% carnivore beef and lamb diet, with daily weight training and physical exercise will get fit.
Nuances:
- No breakfast or lunch
- No snacks
- No sugars, fake or real.
- No alcohol, no beer, no wine no spirits etc.
- No weed
- No porn, no fap
- Sleep 8-12 hours a night.
- No vegetables, fruits, starches carbs etc.
- No sauces – eventually they all have sugar, starch, or some sort. of weird sweeteners.
