- Walking barefoot increases foot and leg strength
- Meet new people (Speak with security guards and janitors)
- Better to be moving for thinking, writing and reading
- And of course make new photos or videos
There are countless benefits to going for long walks. Nothing beats stomping through the streets under the sun. I find that if I start in the morning, I can easily walk a half marathon by the afternoon. Maybe it’s better to just focus on walking and forget about running.
