How to Stay Lean

It’s very easy to stay lean, healthy, and strong. Fasting is the quickest way to achieve a godlike physique. While I am fasted, I have such sharp focus and feel like nothing can stop me. The connection between your mind and body is critical.

OMAD (One Meal a Day)

  • No breakfast or lunch
  • Black coffee and water
  • Walking and sunlight
  • Weightlifting
  • One meal a day
  • 100% carnivore diet

Just eat as much red meat, lamb, and eggs until you are full to satiation.

Everybody is different so of course you should listen to your body and what works best for you, but I can’t help but share how much this has improved my health.

I highly suggest trying this health protocol for a week and give it a try. It might just suit you and change your life!
