Why is everyone always tired?

Perhaps the majority of modern men are phone addicted and can’t cope with the physical flesh they were designed in.

Not to mention the junk we eat and the lack of sleep. Stress, anxiety, and depression runs rampant in the world.

Simple acts of movement and becoming in tune with you physical body can do wonders for your body, your mind, and your soul.

Walking cures depression.

Hunger thoughts

It seems to me that it’s impossible to feel *really* hungry throughout the day after feasting on at least 2 pounds of beef the night before. The food pyramid is a scam?

I can’t even get myself to look at vegetables. All the vitamins you really need can be found in meat products. Kimchi is good because it helps your gut cleanse itself with the probiotics.

I think it’s critical to work for your meal and only eat at the end of the day. If you didn’t move around at all, what are you eating for? Perhaps you should only eat if you actually physically moved your body?

Let your body shed fat, build muscle, and remove the toxins it has accrued from the poisoned food source we have in America. Don’t let yourself be suckered by social norms.

Go carnivore and become the uber-man with me. Then maybe you’ll have some balls and we can go conquer together someday.

Would a hunter eat a granola bar before he goes out to kill his prey?

Say what you feel more

Logic is boring? Go with the flow, dance, play, etc.

Tap into our feminine side more?

INTUITION

Follow your gut both physically and metaphorically. I believe this is why kimchi is so critical to include in the carnivore diet. Probiotics. When your gut is clean, your body is strong, and your spirit will thrive. Push forward with intuition and don’t overthink. When you see something interesting, respond, and make a picture!

I believe that our intuition is God-like. It’s important to follow God.

FRICTION?

Ride the fine line between order and chaos, but there should be no friction when creating your artwork. It should be a natural process that comes as second nature to you. The camera is an extension of our hands. Embrace the chaos and the unknown!
